Elevation Wellness is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and communities in Fremont County and the Wind River Reservation. Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, PPC, LCSW, PCSW, etc.) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health advocacy and providing therapeutic services to individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and community resources.
• Participate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.

• Competitive Pay – Starting at $30/hour for provisional and $40/hour for licensed (commensurate with experience).

Qualifications

• LPC, PPC, LCSW, PCSW, or equivalent (must be licensed or provisionally licensed in Wyoming or eligible for licensure).
• Experience in mental health counseling; addressing a variety of presenting concerns with a knowledge of diverse treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
